• Establishing and maintaining Internet access.
• Reducing the risk of viruses and other Internet nasties.
• Assisting business to adopt sound IT principles.

IT services when you need it
You need help now and you want your computers to work.  This is probably your best option and helpdesk support is available at $33.75 Ex GST for 15 minutes. Onsite services are also available. The hourly rate for these services is $135 Ex GST.

IT services on demand (ITSOD)
We encourage our clients to look at this service for on going tech support or if an IT project is to be undertaken.  In this case services are pre-purchased in the form of Units, the more that are purchased up front, the more you save.  A Unit is equivalent to one hour of helpdesk services.  If a faster response is required and/or services are required out of business hours, then it will take more Units to make up one hour.In addition, customers with this level of service get their own Internet portal where they can access information such as what units they have consumed, the IT tasks that have been carried out, an incident and request tracking system plus other client specific information.

support agreements
One size doesn’t fit all.  These agreements are put together to meet specific business requirements and may cover such things as agreed number of site visits or a fixed price contract where STW looks after any support problem for a fixed price per month.

This service starts from $500 Ex GST per month and is scaled to your business size and requirements.

project services
Designing and commissioning a new 2008 Server or a complete Small Business Server with all the trimmings needs careful planning and scheduling if the project is to be a success.  IT services can be provided on a fixed cost basis when the main variables are known.
